With a pressure put on our shoulders by a society, families and ourselves, many women feel stressed, depressed and anxious most of the time.

We do not act like normal, we rush all the time, try to fit into the society's program, meet expectations of other people, love our families, relatives, children, and even pets! BUT we forget to love and nurture our precious self.

All above often results in mental/physical ailments, fatigue, panic, fear or feeling of being lost.

With a focus on clearing your mind, relaxing your body and improving your sleep, this workshop will guide you through gentle exercises and practices to awaken and clear feminine energy, nervous, reproductive and immune systems.

1. Breathwork
Correct breathing is extremely important for our health and wellness. You will learn simple yet extremely effective breathing to remove stress from your body and mind.
2. Crystal Healing
Crystals are powerful tools to balance our body, mind and soul. You will receive 15-20 minutes crystal healing session, which will facilitate cleaning and healing processes in your mind, body and soul.
3. Cleansing techniques
To receive vital fresh energy, you need to create some space for it, because you need to store and be able to use it.
You will learn how to clean the energetic and mental clutter from your body.
4. Self-massage techniques
Imagine that your body is a computer, and you can download any program into it. The only thing you need to know is what keys and buttons to press, in what order to press them and when to do it. You will learn how to download special healing programs to your precious body's computer.
5. Energising techniques
It is very important to cleanse your body, but it is also extremely important to energise it. Otherwise, you will not be able to stay active, healthy and happy.
You will learn simple yet effective energising techniques for women. Some of them are ancient, some - new age, but all of them fascinating and magic.
6. Protection
To protect the borders of your land is very important. You don't want to lose your crops and other treasures to invaders.
The same goes to our energy, mind, emotions and body.
You will learn easy techniques to protect your precious self on a daily basis.

Elina runs workshops for women and men who are keen on becoming healthy without drugs. Her system is extremely simple yet very powerful. The exercises can be done on the run, while walking with a pram, working out in a gym, watching TV or even in bed.

The workshop caters to those who are really interested in natural health, ancient and modern approaches and methods restoring health and wellness.
