Each PHC consists of 4 parts:

PART 1. SYSTEM WAKE UP
Here, we perform self-massage techniques to wake up our body on physical and emotional levels. We begin working with our palms, wrists, fingers and then move through all body and spine, knees and feet. Also, we wake up our lymphatic system and all internal organs, including reproductive system.

PART 2. IGINITION
This part is shorter than others and consists only of 3 techniques to charge your, brain and body with the fresh vital energy. Here we begin our physical activity and re-charging our batteries with fresh vital energy.

PART 3. SYSTEM LAUNCH
This part is the most active. Again, we work through all energy centres and internal organs, joints and lymphatic system. In this part we do physical exercises, breathing techniques, exercises for face, jaws, eyes and brain, as well as exercises for our vocal chords.

PART 4. RE-CONNECTION
This part is shorter than others and consists only of 3 techniques to charge your, brain and body with the fresh vital energy. Here we begin our physical activity and re-charging our batteries with fresh vital energy.
NB: Each class differs from the other, since there are more than 200 exercises and techniques.

So, it is advisable to attend at least 7-8 classes to go through all of them.
